We partner with a network of 130+ local print facilities in 32 countries. When you order, your book is automatically printed at the facility nearest to you. This means:

• • Books ordered in India are printed in India
• • Books ordered in Germany are printed in Germany
• • Books ordered in the UK are printed in the UK
• • And so on for 32 countries worldwide!

This local printing means faster delivery (3-7 days), lower shipping costs, and no customs fees.

Why are shipping costs so affordable?

Since your book is printed locally in your country (or region), you only pay domestic shipping rates. For example:

• • US customers: Books ship from US facilities
• • European customers: Books ship from facilities in Germany, UK, Italy, etc.
• • Asian customers: Books ship from facilities in Japan, Singapore, or India
• • Australian customers: Books ship from Australian facilities

You're never paying for international shipping because your book never crosses borders!

Are shipping costs included in the prices shown?

No, the prices shown are for the products only. Shipping is calculated separately and starts at approximately $5-6 for US delivery and varies for other countries. We use local printing partners in over 30 countries, which means most customers enjoy fast, affordable local shipping rates. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout based on your location and the book format you choose.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

In most cases, no! Since your book is printed locally in your country or economic region (like the EU), there are no customs or import duties. The book never crosses international borders. You only pay the book price plus local shipping - that's it!

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location:

• • Countries using regional facilities: 5-10 business days
• • Remote locations: 10-15 business days

Your book is printed on-demand as soon as you order, and then shipped directly to you.

Why do prices show in my local currency?

We show approximate prices in your local currency for convenience. However, all payments are processed in USD. The local currency amount is calculated using current exchange rates and may vary slightly at checkout.

What's the difference between single and multi-character stories?

In our new pricing model, there's NO difference! Whether you create a book with one character or multiple characters (siblings, friends), the price is exactly the same. We've eliminated the multi-character premium to make it more affordable for families with multiple children.

Which print format should I choose?

A5 Saddle-Stitch format is perfect for children's books and offers great value. For those seeking premium options, 6"×9" Hardcover books are available during checkout for a keepsake quality book, though at a higher price point. The A5 format is our most popular choice and what we recommend for most families.

Can I order just the digital version?

Absolutely! The digital PDF is our most popular option. You get a high-quality file perfect for viewing on tablets, computers, or printing at home. The E-Reader edition is an optional upgrade if you want to read on Kindle or similar devices.

Can I pay with my local credit/debit card?

Yes! We accept international credit and debit cards. However, please note:
