All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products or services.

At joonoo.art, we create personalized, custom digital products that are produced specifically for each customer upon receipt of their order. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

  • Personalized Content: Each book is custom-created based on the specific information you provide
  • Digital Delivery: Once generated and delivered, the product cannot be "returned"
  • Immediate Access: You receive your personalized book immediately upon completion
  • Custom AI Generation: Significant computational resources are used to create your unique product

Before You Purchase

We encourage you to carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. Please ensure:

  • All information provided (child's name, age, preferences) is accurate
  • You have selected the correct book theme and illustration style
  • You understand that the final product will be AI-generated and personalized
  • You have reviewed our sample books and understand the quality and format

Quality Assurance

While we don't offer refunds, we are committed to delivering high-quality personalized books. We continuously improve our AI generation process to ensure the best possible results.

If you experience technical issues with downloading your book or if there are genuine technical errors in the generation process, please contact our support team at[email protected].

Physical Products (When Available)

For any physical printed versions of books (if offered), the same no-refunds policy applies. However, if a physical book arrives damaged during shipping or has printing defects, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect.

Note: Issues with the personalized content itself (story or illustrations) are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement.

Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or payment provider, please note that we will provide evidence of service delivery (your personalized book) to the payment processor. Frivolous chargebacks may result in your account being permanently banned from future purchases.
