Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Digital Products

Digital books (PDF format) are available for download after purchase. You'll receive an email with download instructions within 2-4 hours of completing your order.

Physical Products - Domestic (USA)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:

• Canada: 7-10 business days ($9.99)
• United Kingdom: 10-14 business days ($14.99)
• Australia: 12-16 business days ($19.99)
• European Union: 10-14 business days ($16.99)

Note: International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Processing Time

All personalized books are made to order. Please allow 1-2 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons (holidays), production may take an additional 1-2 days.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through our website or directly with the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please:

1. Check with neighbors or building management
2. Look for a notice from the carrier
3. Contact the carrier directly
4. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation

Damaged Packages

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.

Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date:

• Christmas orders: Order by December 15th for standard shipping
• Valentine's Day: Order by February 7th for standard shipping
• Mother's/Father's Day: Order 10 days before for standard shipping
