3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership

The Service, including all technology, software, algorithms, user interface, design, and content (excluding user-provided content) is owned by Verby, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any original content you provide to the Service, including personal photos, names, and story preferences. You grant Verby, LLC a license to use this content solely for the purpose of creating your personalized books and improving our services.

3.3 Generated Content

Books created through our Service are generated using artificial intelligence. You receive a license to use the final personalized book for personal, non-commercial purposes. Verby, LLC retains ownership of the underlying technology and processes used to create the content.

3.4 Sample Materials Usage

Sample books, preview pages, and demonstration materials provided by joonoo.art are for personal use only. You may not use sample materials for commercial purposes, resale, redistribution, or any other commercial exploitation. All sample materials are copyrighted by Verby, LLC and all rights are reserved. Unauthorized commercial use of sample materials is strictly prohibited.

3.5 Third-Party Intellectual Property

Our Service includes artistic style options that are inspired by various art forms and techniques. We do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property and all references to artistic styles are purely descriptive.

4. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

4.1 Technology Protection

The Service and its underlying technology, including but not limited to artificial intelligence models, algorithms, software architecture, user interface design, business processes, and methodologies ("Proprietary Technology") are the exclusive property of Verby, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 Reverse Engineering and Replication Prohibited

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any part of the Service
• Creating, developing, or operating any competing service that replicates or mimics our functionality

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refunds policy. Payment is required before full book generation. We process payments securely through Stripe. Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, which are custom-created specifically for each customer upon order, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please carefully review your order details before purchasing.

We take privacy seriously, especially regarding children's information. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not share personal information with third parties except as required for service delivery or by law. 8. Email Communications

By providing your email address to joonoo.art, you consent to receive communications related to your order fulfillment and account management. 14. International Shipping and Service Availability

14.1 Global Service

joonoo.art provides services to customers worldwide. All pricing is displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. By placing an order, you acknowledge that all transactions will be processed in USD.

14.2 Local Printing Network

For physical book orders, we utilize a global network of local print partners through Gelato, with facilities in over 32 countries. This means:

• Books are printed in or near your country when possible
• No international shipping fees for most locations
• No customs duties or import taxes in countries with local production
• Faster delivery times (typically 3-7 business days)

14.3 Service Restrictions

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we cannot provide services to customers in certain countries. Orders from restricted countries will be declined. We continuously work to expand our service availability.

14.4 Customer Responsibilities for International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate shipping addresses in the correct local format
• Understanding that all prices are in USD before purchasing
• Any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider
• Local taxes or fees that may apply in their jurisdiction
• Ensuring they can legally receive printed materials in their country
