What you earn

You earn 20% of the book price (not shipping or tax) on every order a family places within 90 days of using your link. If a family uses another partner's link or code later, the most recent one wins. A printed softcover starts at $24.98, so that's about $5 per printed book. A PDF-only order earns about $1. Payouts go out monthly through Stripe once you reach the $25 minimum, and each commission becomes payable 30 days after the order is paid. Families pay the normal price, never more.

Tell your audience you earn from it

You must disclose that you earn a commission, wherever you share your link. The captions and paragraph on your dashboard already include a plain disclosure in words. Keep it next to your link when you paste them: a sponsored tag on the link is not enough on its own.

Questions

Do I need a big following to join?
No. There is no minimum audience. A parenting blog, a newsletter, a small Instagram account or a single website page can all share a link, and you earn 20% of the book price on every order that comes through it.
What does my audience see when they click my link?
They add one family photo and see their own storybook or comic cover free, in about a minute, before paying anything. They only pay if they decide to order a book, and they pay the normal price.
How do I disclose that I earn from my link?
Say so plainly, wherever you share it. The FTC expects a clear disclosure, so use words such as “I earn a commission if you order through my link” or add #ad to a short caption. The captions, paragraph and website link on your dashboard already include it. Keep the words next to the link: the sponsored tag on the link is not a disclosure on its own.
How long does a click count?
Each family is on your link for 90 days from the day they open it. If they open another partner’s link or scan another code later, the most recent one wins.
How soon will I reach a payout?
It depends on what your audience orders. Printed books earn the most: roughly five to seven printed book orders reach the $25 payout minimum, while PDF-only orders earn less and take longer. Before your first payout we check the account once by hand; after that, payouts go out monthly, 30 days after each order is paid.
Can I use my link on a website or in a newsletter?
Yes. Your dashboard has a ready-made website link you can paste into a page or newsletter, along with a caption for social posts and a paragraph for a blog post.
