1. Upload a family photo

Any phone photo works, full resolution included (JPEG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC). A photo with everyone's faces clearly visible works best.

Your photo is kept private and used only to draw your cover. Free-cover photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. If you turn your cover into a book, a copy of the photo is kept with that book and deleted on the book's schedule (30 days after delivery, 30 days after creation if the book isn't bought, or 180 days after payment if a paid book can't be delivered).
